These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the TailoredBriefings website, briefs, and related services (the "Service"), published by Serfit PA ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Service or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
TailoredBriefings publishes automated research briefs in which each figure is measured (primary), cited (web), or implied (market) and provenance-tracked. A free Brief provides a daily excerpt; paid subscriptions provide the full edition, archive, and PDF. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
The Service uses passwordless, one-time sign-in links sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email account associated with your subscription and for activity under your account. Notify us at support@tailoredbriefings.com if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
Subject to these Terms, a paid subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and read paid content for your own use, limited to the number of seats purchased. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, forward, post, scrape, or otherwise share paid content — including within your own organization — beyond your licensed seats. Corporate plans license one seat per named individual; seats are not shared or pooled. The free Brief may be shared freely in its entirety, provided attribution and source lines are preserved.
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) and automatically renew for successive periods (monthly or annual) until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added. We may change prices on prospective notice; changes take effect at your next renewal. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The Service is informational and educational only. Nothing in it is investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or instrument. We are not your broker, adviser, or fiduciary. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting. See our Disclosures.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we build each brief from measured or cited sources, we do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose, and data or charts may contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Past or hypothetical performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing in the Service is a representation that any strategy, security, or approach will be profitable or suitable for you.
The Service incorporates data from third-party and public sources, attributed within each issue. Those providers do not endorse and are not responsible for our content, and their names and marks belong to them. Attribution and source lines must be preserved in any permitted use.
We and our licensors own the Service, including the compilation, text, design, charts, and the TailoredBriefings and Serfit PA names and marks. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully; not to circumvent access controls, paywalls, or seat limits; not to use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or copy content; and not to reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the Service. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the Service or other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Serfit PA and its personnel from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, including any unauthorized redistribution of paid content.
You may cancel at any time as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms — in particular, redistribution of paid content beyond licensed seats — without refund.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noticed by email or on the site. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
